CROP Your Business Operations
CROP stands for Calculate, Reduce, Offset and Produce. By following the Energy Wise Business Commitments through CROP, you can maximize your return on investment and CUT COSTS in your work place. This is ORE’s suggested progression of commitments:

You can choose to participate at (4) different levels. Your level of participation
depends on what makes sense for your business.

To become an Energy Wise Business Participant, ORE requires that you choose from as few as (3) or as many as (9) from the CROP program commitments.

Listing on the CB/Mt.CB Chamber website and Chamber directory, if your business is a chamber member
Promotion through newspaper ads in regional newspapers
Use of the Energy Wise Business Program logos and decals to promote your business efforts
Listing in the Energy Wise Business Program handout provided at Visitors Centers and ORE
Consistent guidance from ORE staff to monitor your progress
