A Collaborative Effort to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions

ORE is facilitating the Energy Action Planning and Implementation Process for the Upper Gunnison River Watershed, convening the four local Gunnison Valley governments and diverse groups of community members to develop targeted Energy Action Plans that identify measurable action items resulting in energy conservation and efficiency, and reduced carbon emissions.  This multi-jurisdictional effort has developed into a series of carefully chosen action steps, which, in concert will bring us to our reduction goals and a more energy independent future.
