ORE is an Outreach Partner for the Colorado Carbon Fund (CCF) and Project C. The Colorado Carbon Fund provides high quality carbon offsets to consumers as a way to support new energy efficiency and renewable energy projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the State of Colorado. The Colorado Carbon Fund partners with local governments, community groups, and businesses across the state on Project C outreach and education campaign, and a portion of all funds raised stay in the local community. The Colorado Carbon Fund uses international protocols to verify and register renewable energy projects in the State of Colorado.

20% of the proceeds from the offset sales donated to the Colorado Carbon Fund by Gunnison and Hinsdale County residents will be available to ORE projects that reduce energy use and increase renewable energies, mainly financial incentives for participants in ORE programs, such as incentive programs, loans, or rebates.
