Each year JLOSH devotes its trained volunteers and resources to community projects focusing on improving of the lives of women and children in our community. This year's projects are The Littlest Volunteers program and new programs with the East Orange Public Library. 

Through our projects, JLOSH returns over $80,000 annually and gives more than 7,000 volunteer hours per year to the communities of Livingston, Maplewood, Millburn, East Orange, Orange, Short Hills, Springfield, South Orange and West Orange each year.

All of the projects are implemented by committees of JLOSH members and offer numerous volunteer opportunities to both committee members and the general JLOSH membership.
